The JS Vintage PrinceTone Oxford Ultimate collection is based on Jason's all-original 1963 Fender Princeton Tuxedo (6G2) paired with the original 12-inch Oxford speaker from his 1965 Fender Deluxe Reverb.
 
While the original Vintage PrinceTone collection documented the amp through its factory 10-inch speaker, this collection explores a completely different side of this remarkable amplifier through one of Fender's most beloved vintage 12-inch speakers.
 
The result is a beautiful pairing that retains the touch sensitivity, harmonic richness, and smooth transition from clean to breakup that defines the brown Princeton while adding greater low-end authority, a larger overall presentation, and a slightly more relaxed top end.
 
As part of the Vintage Series philosophy, this collection documents the amplifier across its most musically meaningful operating range rather than simply providing a handful of representative tones.
