JS – Vintage Dlx Vrb DI Ultimate v2.0 Tone Model Collection

Based on the 1965 Fender Deluxe Reverb Amplifier
Captured using IK Multimedia ToneX v2.0 Engine

🧠 Overview

The JS Vintage Dlx Vrb DI Ultimate v2.0 Tone Model Collection captures the legendary sound of a genuine 1965 Fender Deluxe Reverb in its purest, most flexible form. This DI collection provides the direct amplifier tone without a cabinet baked in, offering complete control over how you shape and integrate this iconic Blackface voice in your rig or mix.

Captured through the amp’s original Oxford 12K5-6 speaker using a Royer R-10 ribbon mic, each tone model was created across nine unique volume settings (3ii, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10) on both Normal and Vibrato channels. This ensures every tone — from sparkling clean and articulate to smooth, singing drive — has been preserved with remarkable precision and feel.

custom IR of the amp’s original Oxford speaker is also included, available in two forms: baked into the preset level for instant use, and as a standalone .wav file for users who prefer to integrate it into their own IR chains or external loaders.

This is the most complete Deluxe Reverb DI capture ever created for ToneX — authentic, dynamic, and fully mix-ready.
