This N.A.M. collection features 40 Amp+Cab captures based on the Vox AC15HWR1X Handwired amplifier. Known for its vintage chime and expressive character, this modern handwired reissue delivers the depth and responsiveness of a true classic — without the reliability issues of vintage models.
 
The Top Boost channel was captured at 4 gain levels through both Low and High inputs (8 captures). The Normal channel was captured at 4 gain levels through both inputs with every combination of the amp’s Bright and Boost switches (32 captures total).
 
Captured using the amp’s built-in Celestion Alnico Blue speaker, mic’d with a Royer R10 ribbon mic for rich mids, soft top-end, and detailed breakup character.
