This collection features 6 amp+cab captures and 6 DI (amp-only) captures of an amp modeled after the Dr. Z Maz 18 NR Mk. II 2x10 combo — a boutique EL84-driven powerhouse known for its sparkling cleans, chewy midrange, and smooth harmonic saturation.
 
Captured across 6 gain levels using both the Low and High input options, this set delivers tones ranging from articulate clean to harmonically rich drive — all with stunning dynamic response.
 
🎙️ Amp+Cab Captures
Created using the combo’s built-in 2x10 Eminence-designed speakers, mic’d with a Cascade Fat Head ribbon mic. The result: warm lows, focused mids, and an elegant top end with plenty of boutique personality.
 
🎚️ DI Captures + Custom IR
The DI captures are raw amp-only files, perfect for use with external IR loaders.

Also included is a bonus custom IR based on a 2x12 Creamback-loaded cabinet, mic’d with the same Cascade Fat Head — ideal for seamless integration.
